Notoriety update and graphics tweak

Hello,

I am sorry, I did not do much today related to notoriety. I added suspicion points so you can see how many notoriety points you gain per each successful theft. When you fail to thieve you gain x10 that amount and then your suspicion raises by 1 point.

Every 2 hours your suspicion decreases by 1. Every 10 minutes your notoriety points decrease by your suspicion points. This may change if they decrease too fast or too slow.

When you go to charm NPC, you don't get redirected to a subpage. You get this green/red confirmation whether it went successfully or not. I will be adding this little graphics tweak to many more places like when you purchase an item or do any of the skills, etc …

Also, when you equip an item, you don't get redirected to equip subpage. You stay on the same page (inventory index or item view page) and then you get this green/red confirmation thingy as well.

This thing will allow to equip items without needing to go to inventory. This will save a lot of time and the gameplay will be much more convenient. I will be doing more tests tomorrow. Let me now how it goes with inventory/charming.
